Frequently asked questions
Can I try a session before a package?
Some coaches offer a trial session; it appears on their profile when available.
How does payment work?
You transfer the amount to the payment method shown at booking and upload proof of the transfer; the package activates once we confirm the payment.
Can I cancel or change a session?
You can cancel a package yourself within the first 24 hours after it activates. A session you cancel 6 hours or more before it starts is refunded in full; a late cancellation or a no-show has no automatic refund. If the coach cancels a session, it is refunded in full. The cancellation and refund rules are shown in the app before you pay.
Are sessions in person or online?
It depends on the coach: some train in person at set locations and some online. Online training is always one coach with one trainee.
Can I book for my child?
Accounts are for adults (18+ for trainees, 21+ for coaches). A parent or guardian can add children under 18 to their own account and book for them.
